Nederland Blue Necklace

This necklace made of a vintage blue 2-Cent stamp from the Holland (Nederland). It has a wonderful wavy post-mark pattern across it. The back is covered in yellowed Dutch newspaper I collected on a trip to Holland. Pendant is 1.25 inches long; adjustable chain.
